1. Who is responsible for your data
Futuryntix UK Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our Data Protection Lead is named in section 9.
2. What we collect
- Enquiries & requests. Name, email, company, subject, message, and any reference number we issue (e.g. LEAD-, REQ-, TKT-).
- Job applications. Your name, email, the role, your CV/résumé file, and any covering note.
- Support tickets. The contents of your ticket and the messages exchanged with us in the ticket thread.
- Newsletter. Your email address only.
- Technical data. IP address and browser user-agent, captured with submissions for security and abuse-prevention.
- AI assistant. If you use our chat/assistant, your messages are processed by a third-party large-language-model provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply.
3. Why we use it & our lawful basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries, process job applications, run support tickets, send a newsletter you asked for, and to secure and improve the website. Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are consent (e.g. newsletter), the performance of a contract or steps prior to one (enquiries, applications, support), and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Retention
- Enquiries & requests: up to 24 months, unless we are in an active relationship with you.
- Support tickets: for the life of the engagement plus up to 24 months.
- Job applications & CVs: up to 12 months, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them on file.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
5. Who we share it with (sub-processors)
We share data only with service providers that help us operate, under contract:
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional email delivery.
- Cloudflare — content delivery, DNS, and security.
- Anthropic — only where you use the AI assistant.
- Our hosting on dedicated European infrastructure.
6. International transfers
Some sub-processors process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, least-privilege credentials, and restricted storage. Uploaded files (e.g. CVs) are stored with restricted permissions. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authority of any breach as required by law.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact us using section 9. We respond within 30 days.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113. (Our ICO registration reference: [TO BE CONFIRMED].)
