Parties

The DPA is entered into between Futuryntix UK Ltd (Processor) and the Customer (Controller).

Subject matter

Processing of personal data by Futuryntix on behalf of the Customer as part of the delivery of the Futuryntix platform and AI agents.

Nature and purpose

Processing is limited to the activities necessary to operate the services — including running AI agents, storing agent memory, and surfacing the outputs of those agents to the Customer's authorised users.

Duration

Sub-processors

A current list of approved sub-processors is available on request. Material changes are communicated in advance.

Security measures

See the Security page for our technical and organisational measures.

International transfers

Where personal data must be transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses and an updated Transfer Impact Assessment.

Data subject rights

Futuryntix assists the Customer in responding to data subject requests at no additional cost for reasonable volumes.

Deletion and return

On termination we will return or delete all Customer personal data within 60 days and provide written confirmation.
