Approach

How we engage. Six phases, deliberate handoffs, no surprises.

We don't sell agile sprints, fixed-price delivery, or staff-augmentation. We sell outcomes. Here's how we move from a first conversation to a multi-site rollout — with the same engineers across every phase.

1–2 weeks

01

Discovery

We start with the problem, not the technology. A small senior team spends time with your operators, finance, IT, and compliance. We leave with a one-page brief: what hurts, what success looks like, and what the riskiest unknowns are.

Output

Discovery brief, success metrics, prioritised problem list.

1–2 weeks

02

Design

We propose the narrowest possible agent that hits the success metric. Architecture diagram, data flows, tool surface, integration touchpoints, and an honest list of what we are NOT building (yet).

Output

Solution design doc, architecture diagram, evals plan, signed scope.

4–10 weeks

03

Build

Small team, weekly demos, working software from week two. Built on the customer's preferred cloud and stack — no rip-and-replace. Every reasoning step and tool call is captured for audit from day one.

Output

Working agent in a sandbox, eval suite, runbook, customer demo every week.

4–8 weeks

04

Pilot

Deploy to a controlled pilot — one site, one team, one shift. Operators use it daily. We sit alongside, fix issues fast, and instrument everything. The pilot has a clear go/no-go gate.

Output

Live pilot data, accuracy + efficiency metrics, lessons logged.

Ongoing

05

Iterate

Pilots reveal what the design doc couldn't. We iterate weekly — adjust prompts, expand evals, harden integrations, refine the human-approval gates.

Output

Improved accuracy, lower escalation rate, broader operator adoption.

Quarterly cycles

06

Scale

Roll out across more sites, more teams, more SKUs. We stay engaged through scaling — same engineers who built the pilot run the rollout, not a separate "delivery team".

Output

Multi-site deployment, customer-owned operations runbooks, periodic AI-improvement releases.

Engagement model

How we structure the work.

Same team, end-to-end

The engineers who scope your build also code it, deploy it, and run pilots with your team. No "delivery handoff" between sales-engineering and implementation.

Outcome-priced

We price against the outcome you want, not the hours we spend. If we miss the goal, you owe us less.

Weekly customer demos

Every Friday, a working build in your hands. No multi-month silence followed by a big-bang reveal.

Customer-owned IP

Your data is yours. The custom prompts, evals, and integrations we build with you are licensed back without restriction. We retain ownership only of the platform components common to all customers.

Optional residency

EU, UK, India, or US data residency. BYOC (your VPC) where regulation requires.

Honest scope

We will tell you when something is harder than the demo suggests, or when an off-the-shelf product fits better than building. We'd rather lose a deal than ship a regretful one.

Ready for the first conversation?

Discovery is 1–2 weeks of focused time with your operators and IT. We come back with a one-page brief — and an honest answer on whether we're the right partner.

Or read about the technology we use and the industries we serve.
