This policy sets out acceptable use of Futuryntix’s website and services, and explains how we use the data you provide. It supplements our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the services unlawfully or to infringe anyone’s rights;
- submit malware, attempt intrusion, scrape, overload, or probe our systems;
- impersonate others or submit knowingly false information;
- upload content you have no right to share, or that is unlawful, harmful, or confidential to a third party without authority;
- misuse support tickets or reference links (e.g. sharing a private ticket link with people who shouldn’t see the conversation).
2. How we use your data
- To respond & deliver. We use submissions to reply, process applications, run support tickets, and provide the services you ask for.
- To issue references. We assign tracking numbers (LEAD-, REQ-, TKT-, PRT-) so both sides can follow a matter.
- To operate our CRM. Submissions from this site and our sister site are stored in a single internal portal accessible only to authorised staff over an authenticated, multi-factor-protected login.
- To secure the service. We log IP and user-agent for abuse-prevention and security.
- We do not sell your data, use it for third-party advertising, or use ticket/application content to train third-party AI models.
3. AI processing
Where you use our AI assistant, your messages are sent to a third-party model provider (Anthropic) solely to generate a response. Do not include confidential or special-category/sensitive personal data in assistant messages.
4. Group / sister-company handling
Futuryntix UK Ltd (UK) and Innotechwise Private Limited (India) are sister companies that operate a shared internal support portal. Data is handled by the entity that received it as controller, and shared within the group only as needed to deliver your request, under appropriate safeguards.
5. Reporting & enforcement
Report misuse or security concerns to [email protected]. We may suspend access or remove content that breaches this policy, and will cooperate with lawful requests.
